A very welcoming and comfortable environment! Audirioning can be nerve-wracking but the Sterling team are wonderful at making everyone feel comfortable and celebrated.

It was a great experience. They were very welcoming, professional and put me at ease. The pianist was fantastic at following my vocals and giving me the space to put my best foot forward.
